Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ConHomgirls!💞The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing high volume of orders,shipments may be delayed for a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a delay on your order,we will contact you via email.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number for your package. The tracking number will be active within the 24 hours.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4PM PST,will begin processing within that same day,EXCLUDING holidays, and will ship within 5-7 business days. All orders placed after 4PM PST, will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM PST, will begin processing the following Monday.

 

"I Didn't Receive My Order "

It is NOT our responsibility if your package has gone missing, therefore ,make sure you PLEASE put down the CORRECT shipping address, as we just print out the label of where you want your package shipped to. If missing, you will need to contact your post office and have the manager speak to your postal carrier. Postal carriers are now equipped with GPS scanners so the post office should be able to locate the exact delivery location via GPS data from the scanner. If the package is still not located after speaking with the post office ,further steps can be taken.This includes filing a missing package report with your post office who will have you sign an affidavit that the item is missing so that an investigation can be started.Thank you !
